What we collect, and what we do with it
Short, because there is not much to say. This site exists to get you a quote, not to track you.
What we collect
When you use the quote form we receive what you type: where you want to fly, dates, passenger count, your name, email, phone number and any notes. If you call or email us instead, we keep the correspondence. That is the only personal information this website collects.
How we use it
To quote and arrange your trip, and to answer your questions. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing. We do not send newsletters. If we need to pass details to a third party to operate a flight, such as an airport handler, we share only what that flight requires.
Who handles it
The quote form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards each submission to our email and stores a copy so a lost email can be recovered. The website is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Each of those providers publishes its own privacy policy.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no third-party tracking scripts. The home page plays a short video that is hosted with the site, not on a video platform.
